Return & Refunds Policy
We are extremely proud of the fact that we offer high quality food products at Farabi Distributors Inc. and this meets the expectation of our customers. Ease to us is of great value. The current Refund Policy provides the terms and conditions according to which a refund or a return or a replacement can be made.
Refunds or Returns Eligibility
Our mission is to make sure that all orders are brought out in good condition. Nevertheless, refund or replacement can be provided in the following situations:
- The delivered product is spoilt, faulty or out of date.
- The good you ordered is not the right one or it is not given.
- The shipping of the product was lost or damaged.
In order to have a refund or return, it is necessary to ensure that:
- The product is undamaged in its original package.
- You call us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Documentation of purchase (invoice or order number) is given.
Non-refundable or Non-returnable Goods
Some of the products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health, safety or quality considerations, and they include:
- Food products that are already opened or half-opened.
- Perishables that have been interfered with on delivery.
- Promotions or discounted goods (except in case of any damage or wrong goods).
Refund/Replacement Process
In case of any problem with your order, you may use the following steps:
- Get in touch with our customer care service within 7 days of the product receipt.
- Provide order number, description of problem and clear photos (where necessary).
The request will be examined by our team and perhaps be requested to provide further information.
Upon receiving your refund request, replacement request, or credit request we will reimburse you, replace your product or credit you within 5-10 business days.
Refund Method
Unless otherwise specified, refunds are done in the same mode of payment as the time of purchase. It is worth noting that the processing time can take different times depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
In case of refund or otherwise replacement due to our fault (e.g. wrong or damaged product) we will reimburse the cost of returning the shipment.
In any other circumstances (customer mistake or change of mind), there is no refund of the shipping charges and the customer has to bear the cost of returning the product.
Order Cancellations
The orders may be canceled prior to shipping by communicating with our support staff as soon as possible.
There is no way to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but you still have a chance to receive a refund in the framework of the given above.
